Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During sale periods, promotional events, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

At this time, international shipping may not be available for all locations. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

We offer Free Shipping Across India on prepaid orders unless otherwise stated.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability depends on serviceable locations. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing your tracking details.

Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor shipment status.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Anvero Italiano shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details submitted during checkout.


Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  1. Take photographs immediately.

  2. Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  3. Contact our support team with order details and supporting images.

Claims submitted after the specified period may not be eligible for review.


Delayed Shipments

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Operational challenges beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


Lost Shipments

If your shipment is marked delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery status update.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
